Micro-Quartz System

Micro-Quartz is a fine cement-based decorative microcement system developed for modern interiors with a minimalist and clean aesthetic. It allows the creation of seamless surfaces with natural texture and a balanced decorative effect.

The system is fully waterproof and can be applied to both horizontal and vertical surfaces — in residential, commercial, and more demanding environments.

What Distinguishes MICRO-QUARTZ

Micro-Quartz is not simply a finishing layer, but a multi-layer system designed to ensure stability, durability, and long-term performance. With a total thickness of approximately 2–3 mm, it is suitable for both new construction and renovation over existing substrates.

Waterproofing is integrated into the structure of the system itself, making it a reliable choice for wet areas, including bathrooms and shower zones.

Where the System Is Suitable

The system is compatible with underfloor heating and can be installed over screed, concrete, plasterboard, and other stable substrates.

Configurations According to Load Requirements

Micro-Quartz is available in different configurations depending on the type of space and expected load.

Fast Configuration

Suitable for stable substrates in residential and standard commercial environments. It ensures a shorter execution time and is an excellent choice for floors and walls with moderate load.

Belt & Braces Configuration

Includes an additional fiberglass mesh (160g) to provide increased durability and extra protection for projects with heavier use or more demanding substrates.

Colors and Individuality

Forcrete systems are available in carefully selected color palettes developed for different interior styles and applications. The final color and visual effect depend on the chosen system, application technique, and finishing layer, allowing for individual character and diverse visual interpretations.

Granular Structure and Visual Character

Micro-Quartz is available in three grain options, allowing different surface interpretations:

Smooth

A finely troweled finish without visible grains, suitable for clean and minimalist interiors. Supports techniques such as Stucco Effect, Smooth Over, Duo Colour, Light Texture, and Plain / Natural. Ideal for walls, bathrooms, and floors with low load requirements.

MEIDUM

Characterized by an even, subtle structure with gentle surface movement. Suitable for a wide range of techniques and spaces with medium load.

Coarse

A more pronounced grain structure with a natural stone effect, suitable for high-traffic areas. It can be further sanded or finished with a non-slip surface and is often used for techniques such as Hand Floated and Duo Colour.
